By commissioning me you understand and agree to my Terms of Service. Read carefully before placing your commission as failing to acknowledge or abide by these guidelines will lead to a void transaction and cancellation of your commission. You also risk a permanent blacklist ban from future commissions.

+ Clients have to be 18 years or older
+ Paypal Only
+ USD Only
+Payment plans Available on Commissions more then $100
+Prices may change depending on complexity (character and or backgrounds)
+ Changes can only be made to early stage Sketches, you will recieve WIP's
+Excessive Changes will require a Fee.

REFUNDS POLICY

+ If work has started, the client is subject to a partial (50%) refund up to the lining and coloring stage.
+ Past this stage refunds are no longer eligible.

I will NOT do

  • Hate art, ex. nazis, racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia etc

  • Babyfur content of any kind

  • Zoophilia, Incest, Beastiality, Age Play

  • Suggestive content involving minors or “real” animals (this includes Aged Up Characters, And Feral characters)

  • Scat, flatulence, or diapers

  • Changing my style in anyway to match another artists.

  • Frontal Genitalia

  • Anything that makes me Uncomfortable for any reason.

I WILL do

  • LGBTQ2S+ Art

  • Anthropomorphic characters, human-like and quadruped

  • Humans / humanoid characters

  • Animals (mostly any kind)

  • I will do most fandoms (I will let you know if theres a fandom I am not comfortable with.)

  • Suggestive art (No NSFW with frontal Genitalia)

General

  • You will be given a HIGH RESOLUTION PNG image of you piece upon completion

  • If I accept your commission, I will contact you with a PayPal invoice.

  • I require Artistic Freedoms on most of the commission when it comes to poses and expressions. (Although the Commissioner may suggest scenario's and poses, expressions.)

  • You may publish your finished/colored work anywhere online to share with others.

  • Do not remove the "Luka" Signature or RedHawkRilo watermark provided with the illustrations/animations.

  • You have the right to use your commissioned piece for any personal/private use, things like icons, banners, uploads, prints or phone screens

  • I may cancel the commission and issue a full refund if I decide to no longer work with a client.

  • After you accept the sketch the commission is finished and there will be no room for major changes, the only exception is if I the artist has misinterpreted the design or missed anything that was clearly stated in the commission form.

  • Work will not begin until after payment is made in full.

Turnaround Times

  • Depending on workload, Position in Queue, Health, Complexity

  • I do not work on Commissions Friday, Saturday, Sunday (These are my break times to work on more personal art so I do not burn myself out.)

  • If something happens I will notify Commissioner.
